USELESS PATHETIC ***********!!!

To say that im beyond the point of DISGUSTED is an understatement. I have 1 ONE question for you! What is your core business? Coz if its FTTH you are doing a pathetic job! When you had 1 job- to get me Fiber in my home. Ive had it with being put on hold and having to deal with *********** call center agents who think that trasferring your call is the most suitable solution. I want to be contacted by someone in a position of authority who can actually resliove the matter before i loose my **** completely. What does it take or should i rather just choose a different service provider?
