Useless No Customer Service

I am very unsatisfied with the service I am receiving from this people.. I moved into an new house that already have a Vumatel box installed. I asked them to activate the internet, I already have a router I Only need the PSU for the Vumatel box, cos there isnt one. The next day I received a notification that my account / line is active. But I DONT HAVE A PSU FOR THE VUMA YEL VOX????????????? I made my own plan getting a PSU but still no joy. Then all of the sudden a router was dropped of at my house without any communocation or arrangements. And stil NO FIBRE THAT IS WORKING. According to my understanding the router is set up. But they must test the fibre line. "There is a ticket logged. We are waiting for Vumatel'. That is not my problem. My contract is with VOX. WHY DONT I GET ANY PROPER FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE OR PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT WORKING.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. USE SOMEONE ELSE
