Useless and Unresponsive!

USELESS! I started talking to them in May to get fibre for my parents - as they are the DESIGNATED fibre provider in their retirement village - its still not finalised. Their staff is BEYOND useless, unhelpful and unresponsive PLUS we got charged double charged in the first month, watching them like hawks to see if they do it again this month. Don't go anywhere near them, you'll just get frustrated and grow old waiting!
