Useless and not helpful

My line is down from last wednesday, have been calling since and all in getting is just lies and empty promises, nobody has called or even come to see what the issue is,I'm done with them and am canceling I'm really ****ed with these people I'm wasting airtime and buying data as well as we need it i hate this service provider.
