Very useless and pathetic service, I regret the day I signed up with these *********** ****mers. Reported an issue on Monday, they kept on saying they will escalate but nothing gets done. It's a whole week without internet and their last "promise" was to escalate to some "service delivery manager" needless to say he/she is as *********** as their ****en consultants!!!
