Useless ADSL internet

<p>For the umpteenth time my Vox ADSL has hit a new low.</p> <p>4 Meg uncapped line running at 0.19 Mbps</p> <p>Unacceptable!! DO NOT USE VOX TELECOMS!!!!</p>

Ruben contacted me at 20:00 last night. We had a storm over our home and the ADSL was disconnected to avoid lightning damage.

Another pathetic answer! My line is shaped at 2Mbps and you provided me with 0.19 Mbps. 10 TIMES SLOWER!!!

VOX telecoms has no morals and are never wrong. Keep my line on the promised speed!
