Useless
Vox Telecom have gone from being the best ISP to being the worst. Unable to control SPAM and unwilling to listen to customers. Know visible management and no accountability. When you a a service issue you are bounced around from one agent to another. No communication customers are not informed or kept in the loop. Selling the wrong products and do as they wish.
