USELESS!!!!

Worst service ever! I recently requested to move over from ADSL line to a Fiber line with Vox they advised me that my monthly fee will be just over R900 and that i will get free installation. Then all of a sudden with ZERO communication they just debit me R2500!! FOR WHAT! then i call the accounts team and all i get is they will investigate what does that help me??? Then I am told perhaps i was billed for both ADSL line and FIBER line why in the world would i want both!! you people are absolutely useless does everything have to be a fight with you guys first!!!!
