Useless
Your service team is useless. Ive spent 4 hours on the damn phone trying to sort out my line, and you just keep telling me, please wait 72 business hours. FFS! Ive had to log a ticket with vox every month since getting the line, every month something else is f*. Are your engineers trained ******s or just non existent?
