Useless

They were really efficient when it came to timing. In less than 3 weeks they had it installed. Openserve- the company that gets the blame, insisted to install the router in the opposite side of my house (random room upstairs) to where I wanted it (close to tv). My tv and office space (the reason I need wifi) has such bad/ almost no connectivity. I spoke to the middleman I got Vox from who eventually after moaning a few times, came to look and said it is all wrong. He said he will be in contact with me during the week (last week). Today I get a voicenote from him saying they need to do sticktest (apparently very expensive) and buy or rent extenders (also expensive). All they want to do is make money and not deliver service. I am also paying for 10Mb speed. I am literally getting 2mb. THEY install it wrong and I have to pay for their mistakes?!
