Useless

<p>We signed up for the Vox Fat pipe internet and I have to say the service is completely useless!!! The internet is so slow that we cant even stream a Youtube video - the internet also drops intermittently. We have logged numerous complaints and nothing helps - when will we have something that works without failure????</p>
