Urgent: Router Replacement Needed Due to Frequent Connectivity Issues

I have been using Vumatel fibre since 2020, and it appears that the current router has reached the end of its life. The router loses network connection every hour, requiring constant reboots, which is proving to be unsustainable.

Despite expecting a call from your technicians to address this issue, I have not yet received any communication. As a result, I am left with an unstable router while continuing to pay for a service that I am not fully receiving. This situation is particularly concerning as I work from home, and the unreliable internet connection is severely impacting my productivity.

Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request that the current router be replaced as soon as possible to ensure a stable internet connection.
