I have been informed that engineers are attending to repairs and that an upgrade is expected, but no specific timelines have been provided for when the network will be restored to full functionality. Given this, I am requesting a discount for the period during which the service has been inadequate.

Furthermore, I would appreciate an immediate response with a detailed and specific timeline outlining when the network will be fully operational again. It is only fair that I receive the full value of the service for which I am paying.
