UPS not working
I have received a faulty UPS from Vox. I ordered it in order to deal with load shedding as I took on work that relies on an uninterrupted Internet connection. I have lost a lot of income due to the fact that it is faulty. I have been in contact everyday with Vox who have promised to have someone contact me. To date nobody has been in contact with me. I have begged and pleaded every time I contact the (sometimes twice a day). I have even sent an email with no response. Please, I am begging, will somebody please sort this out

21 Nov 2021, 21:54I received an email saying they are out of stock and don't know when they are getting stock in, yet they are still advertising for new sales. This has been 2 weeks and I still haven't had a call or a solution from VOX
