Unwanted upgrade, extra charges and still not getting 20/10!
When are you going to change your pricing to be more competitive? RSAWeb/Octotel offers 35/25 for R495! I pay R699 for 10/10!
Octotel upgraded their customers free of charge whereas you charged me for an upgrade I didn't even ask for!
