Untitled charges
I have been with them for months now.. they adding admin after the statement was sent and nothing on statement printed that there will be admin fee charge

Kindly note that we have received confirmation from the Accounts team that the billing query has been resolved.
The R35.31 Admin fee will be charged in the the event of an unpaid debit order, however this was credited on your account.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
