Unstable fibre connection worst than my old ADSL

Took vox 9 months to get the installation right, in which many painful hours were spent communicating to the team, repeating myself hundreds of times, and being told I have to pay someone external to come and rectify their faulty wiring before they'll even send a router. Now that I've been with them a few months I can wholeheartedly say their fibre line is a downgrade from my old ADSL, it's the least stable internet connection I've used in my life, with ping jumping from 40 to 900 its reminiscent of the dialup days. I wouldn't even recommend Vox to my worst enemy
