I would like to cancel my subscription with your company please. I did want to reuse your services at my new premises but that will no longer be the case after I was phoned at 17H45 (not a time you should be disturbing your customers first of all) this afternoon by a rude staff member of yours. On top of this I am also displeased by your hidden cancellation fees that were never once disclosed except in the small print (which did not even include how they are calculated) and how you guys determine a months notice is beyond idiotic considering you want customers to return and especially seeing as I was prepared to make use of your services at my new house.

I find your services to be ************ and will make a point to never ever use your services or any company associated with your company's services again, and ensure everyone I know also doesn't get conned into your contracts.

You guys really need to learn customer service and train your staff better.
