unresolved for more than 7 weeks

For more than 7 weeks, I battled with intermittent internet issues. I logged multiple tickets, ran stress tests, and provided all the information I could to speed up the resolution. Instead of helping, the ISP blamed me, dismissed my test results, and insisted there was nothing wrong

By that time, the damage was done. Because of the unstable connection, my income dropped by over 96% that month. This wasn’t just an inconvenience it had a severe financial impact on my life.

And the worst part? The issue was never properly resolved. I eventually gave up and decided to closed my account because I couldn’t afford to keep waiting while they played guessing games and dodged responsibility.

If your job or livelihood depends on stable internet, do not risk it with this provider. You’ll regret it like I did.
