Unreliable Service and Unauthorized Deductions – Beware!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After experiencing issues with a faulty device, I received no support. When I cancelled my contract, they never followed up to arrange collection of the device. Four months later, without any prior warning, they deducted almost R2500 from my account in the middle of the month.

When I contacted them about this, they were unwilling to assist. The device is still sitting on my desk, waiting to be collected—four months after my cancellation. Additionally, the LTE service I took from them suddenly stopped working, yet they continued debiting my account for three months, even after I lodged multiple complaints.

To make matters worse, a colleague of mine experienced something similar—having his account debited months after his cancellation. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
