***********, unprofessional, unhelpful service

I have been connected with Vox for a few years. Initially I had good connectivity however in the last few months there are 4 major areas of my house which has no connectivity where previously for at least 2 years there has been no issue. I have tried for months to get vox to rectify and sort this situation out and the service and response has been unprofessional and nothing short of pathetic. I could write a book on the numerous incidences regarding this. If this issue is not resolved by next week I will be changing service providers.
