UNPROFESSIONAL SHOCKING POOR SERVICES
Some 3 Months ago I made enquiries to change by husbands email services due to him having suffered a stroke & lost vision & cannot operate the email no longer. I was advised he had 2 emails addresses & i requested 1 address to be cancelled. I received confirmation of this on MY EMAIL. On 5/6/22 I noticed no emails being received only to be told the account is suspended. I was requested to sent the correspondence which I duly did to be told the agent is on leave till 11/22. I do not know why no communication was sent to me. I want answers the account to be reinstated.

25 Jun 2022, 07:37Account number 146121. Do you suspend service for an amount of R30. Longstanding customers who have paid timeously without fail. Your failure to effect necessary documentation. Should at least contact the customer prior to suspending any account. How unprofessional. If a senior person in your company doesn't respond to an email what can one expect from the consultants.
