Unprofessional Service

We installed Vox fibre in November 2022. The wifi is open with no password, it automatically connects, there is no lock on the right hand side when checking the wifi on the phone, it is not password protected, anybody and everybody in my neighbour is connected to our wifi.After we received the mikrotik router no technician ever came to our house up until today, to check if the router was working or if the wifi is on, nobody at Vox Telecom cares, worries or bothers that our wifi is open, yet they were quick to bill us and take our money. Numerous calls to Vox Telecom falls on deaf ears, no response from them. Vox Telecom are hight unprofessional.Why must we pay wifi that is open, this is not wifi usage to our home only..The neighbours are connected to our wifi.People.stand outside our house for wifi, this is upsetting as nobody is taking us seriously to fix this mess up on the configuration. I spoke to Mbali the lady who helped us with the application and they ignoring her as well.
