Unprofessional service

This company comes across as super professional but for the final completion of the process, they behaved less than professional...in fact totally unprofessional and ***********. The arrangement was that they would come and set up the wifi on a specific day at a specific time. Not only did they not pitch, they didn't even have the decency to inform us that they weren't pitching and after contacting them, they assured us that they would pitch up the next day. They repeated exactly what they did the day before. I actually think this company is a ****. They reassured us that they would follow this up and call us back but after 10 hours we are still waiting for their phone call. I'm fully aware that it's the festive season, but then have the decency to ask you postpone it to January....not keep us waiting like IDIOTS for them... what useless service...disgusting....most disappointing
