Unprofessional delayed service

Goodevening Vox Telecom.

With so much anger and disappointment as I'm typing this message to you guys just cost me to lose my job this morning.

I've been waiting since last week Thursday, calling Vox, emailing Vox and logged a ticket to restore my internet speed and fix it from going on and off.

I was a sales agent who worked with UK and USA citizens and unfortunately this was the last straw my boss could tolerate because this was not the first time I had to wait this long to get my internet fixed.

I had a remote job that required my internet to be consistent and not take this long to have it fixed. I believe Vox tried their best to get through to Telkom but they ignored Vox and when they ignore Vox they are ignoring their client aswell that never once missed a f***ng payment.

Now believe me if I had fibre in my area yet I wouldn't have gone with 4G ADSL because it's rumored that Telkom wants their 4G ADSL clients to cancel and lighten the burden on them.

Not to worry I will be canceling soon because I lost my job due to Telkom taking their own sweet damn time since last week Thursday to get my internet fixed.

And thank you to Vox for always calling to check up on me and my internet and thank you Telkom for lying when you said you guys are sending a tech agent out I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT TECH AGENT SINCE THURSDAY!!!!!!!
