Unprofessional and useless service

I am at a point I have no words to even describe what poor customer service I have experienced with VOX TELECOMMUNICATIONS! This is not the first time I have had an issue with them,this is my last honestly I am done with this pathetic service and yet invoice is always out on time for poor service

This is my 2nd week with out internet and issue is with VOX ,I have spoken to 3 technicians and one rude customer service agent that put me on hold without even calling me back ,technicians saying the same thing but to action as to send a technician out to sort out the issue ,yet another long weekend with no internet and I have kids on holiday with nothing yet I pay for a service I must now beg for assistance! Vumatel has also has had problems with VOX wow even worse what can be worse than this .
