Unnecessary people in store

Everytime I walk into the Vox store in Centurion mall there is a school girl that is always lying on her arms playing on her phone! I walk in she wouldn't move so that David could help me she would keep sitting! She sat once behind the desk I assumed she was a consultant and turns out she was just watching movies!! This really makes the store looks really bad and unprofessional! Honestly something should be done about this!!
