Unless you enjoy nightmares, turn away!

Shockingly bad service. They advertise having a 24/7 support line. Yet after changing apartments (within the same complex) and requesting to move my Vox line to the new unit, I have not been able to get working Internet for over a month.

The problem is clearly due to an issue on their side since previous tenants of the place never had issues with the same physical fiber line.

Vox technicians have been to the apartment and left the fiber box a terribly contorted mess of wires. A long email thread with their customer support showcases their lack of training and inability to communicate within the company to solve the problem.

At this point, after paying for a service that we did not get for a month and exhausting all options the company presents to fix the issue, I may have no choice but to switch to a new provider.

SHORT VERSION: If it works, it works. If it doesn’t work, expect a HOME AFFAIRS level of customer service.

P.S. Received an email from Vox yesterday telling me my service was fixed and working (and that my bill is running). It still doesn’t work.
