******** business practices

I have been with Vox for about 2 years now. My data on my ADSL line carries over for 6 months and I have 2.3TB of data that is unused on my account that I have paid for in full. Last week I upgraded my line to fiber and I found that my data does not work on the fiber line. After a lot of phone calls in regards to this I ended up with a manager by the name of Shaun Pretorius. As I explained to him I even though my data doesn't work, can they atleast let me use carry some of my data over to a fiber package with them or let me atleast give my account details to my dad and let him use the data for the 6 months. This manager Shaun Pretorius was of no help what so ever as he kept on telling me if I cancel I will forfeit all my data immediately (the data I already paid for) or I must carry on paing and let my dad use the data... How can you just ***** something from someone that they already paid for? It's like paying for your car and at the end of the payments they come and take it back??? I will never deal with this company again. Terrible business practices!!!!

Good day Shaun.

Kindly note that the Customer Experience Manager has been in contact with you regarding your complaint.

The ADSL Fatpipe data rolls over for a period of 6 months, after which the data expires. However, as per our Terms and conditions below, once the services have been terminated, any accumulated data will be forfeited.

We can also confirm that you have been advised to use as much data as possible in the notice period month.

Please also take note that we have not received a request for cancellation for your account.

The person who was in contact with me gave me the same info as Shaun Pretorius. Nothing was sorted and I as a customer feel betrayed as you taking something from me that I have paid for.
