Unhelpful sales department

Hi I just wanted to know I have 2 LTE-A rain packages with vox I got on both 6 months free so I was wondering if I could cancel one of the packages and send the router I got back to you so that I don't pay any penalty fees because I lost my job and I won't be able to afford 2 LTE-A packages so I just wanted to cancel one package and keep the order there's noting worg with the b315 router at all to I tryed talking to your sales team and they are unhelpful I can't help if I lost my job and can't afford haveing 2 products and the router is not even 6 months old it's stll new I can only afford to pay for one product this really was a unforeseen circumstance please help and cancel one product and come collect the router then I won't be charged for anything I tryed talking to sales but they very unhelpful and I won't be able to afford it and then my account will go into areas account number ********** please help vox Kind regards

So i got a call this afternoon form your cancellation department I was told that they would collect the router and I would not be charged and the service Wil be canceled on the first of September then I got a invoice of R1700 called your cancellations department and spoke to a lady who says she's the manager and tells me I have to pay the penalty fee this is unacceptable because I was told by ur agent tey would collect the router and I would not be charged anything and now they makeing me pay this is unacceptable I can't afford it that's why I asked to cancel the item is not even a full month old I lost my job there's noting I can do. I can't afford it so if you want to hand me over to ur Attorneys or r Blacklist my credit record it's fine because I just don't have the money and vox is unhelpful I regret joining this company
