Unhappy Vox Client
In October I downgraded from a 500/500 line to a 200/200 line, vox downgraded me to a 100/100 line but still charged me for a 200/200 line, I only noticed it earlier this week, they refuse to credit me the 9 months worth of extra paid, their excuse being i did not log a ticket. I feel done in by Vox.

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
We received confirmation that the service was provisioned on a 200/200 Mbps prior to the downgrade 03 June 2022.
We also confirmed that the router being used is a 3rd party router and not a Vox Mikrotik router.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or email, ***
