Unhappy that 3 month credit is advertised

Unhappy that 3 month credit is advertised and after taking up the service, I checked with Vox if that’s in affect on my account and was told after the fact it’s not applicable to my area even thought this was a new install and the call center said to get the deal I must do an online application, f I knew this in the beginning I would have used another service provider
