Unhappy Customer
Worst service ever experience from a service provider (Vox Telecom), waiting ages for their support team to help me, all they say its load shedding. Upgraded to 50/50 mbps but they upgraded me to 100/100 mbps without my permission. All I'm getting is 14,5mbps upload and 11.5 download. And my monthly subscription does not get load shedding. Shame on you for your ****ty service.
