Unhappy

I have submitted all my RICA docs and stll. No feedback I was told I can replace my order because I canceled my outer order because I didn't completely understand what tey needed form me so I did go to the Port Elizabeth High Court and made a citified copy of my ID then I long on to your website and made a new order with my online reference number :X435212 and I uploaded the new certified copy of my identity document and my proof of residence and as well as my, confirmation letter form my bank one agent in sales told me it would take 1 hour to get Rica approved and the outer agent said it would take a day well it's been more then 24 hours and I have not received any feedback at all before they said there was a problem with my ID I hope the new one I made and uploaded is right I need feedback urgently please I don't know why this is such a difficult process and why I a new customer is being treated like this unacceptable please urgently give me feed back because I didn't only go to the Port Elizabeth High Court to make a I'd copy I went to the police station to and the police station and the port elizabeth high Court ues the same stamps just hope everything go's well.
