Ungrateful and no gratitude for anything.

Got to be the worst sales person to deal with. Very faulty and doesn't follow clients instructions. He's name is philip kemp, avoid him if you can. If you send him emails, he doesn't answer them. If you ask him for required forms to join vox, he sends one form and doesn't include the other forms. And when you ask him to create a form for a new client he refuses to do it. Only stories from him about rules.

Honestly if this is what the service level is going to, i'm just going to tell my clients not to join vox anymore because they are seriously ungrateful now. You shall be grateful i'm giving you business small or big by referring them to you for a few years now. People got life's you know, they got no time to deal with your paperwork mess. It's bad enough we have to deal with telkom, we don't need another headache with you. We pay and support your company, Its people like phlilip who give vox a bad name.
