Unfair Rica department

I am very unhappy I placed a telkom lte order tey asked me to awnd in proof of.my cell number I send jn a screenshot this pepl are saying my numbers can't be verified my cell numbers are prepaid not contract yet they send me a email for.my order saying please send invoice/statement in your name, from your cellular provider where one of the cellphone numbers reflects my sell is prepaid how must I proof it's mine I don't get a invoice or statement it's like you guys don't want em as a customer I uploaded proof of address I did spend money to.go make a certified copy of my i.d at police station because I really wnated this lte product now you don't wanna give it because ny content number can't be verified when my number is prepaid there's no possibility of me getting a invoice or statement since I don't have a contract sim this is a unfair request as nor all.of us have contract phones to get the invoice or statement so vox now what must I do why can't I be helped why don't you wnat me as a customer I upload my certified copy of my ID what more can I do no network gives invoice or statement on prepaid Account No: *** Ticket Number: VOX***3 Please make tbis right and approve my order
