Unfair Cancelation Procedure

Hi,

I have been with VOX for awhile and when I signed up I was told that if I more or need to cancel it can be done immidaitely this was as per the sales agent, I am moving now and when I enquired about fiber in the area Im moving to you unfortunately do not have fiber so I have to cancel but not I am being told that I must continue paying for 2 months as this is how long it takes to cancel.

This is unfair as it took less than a week to setup and install so why must I wait 2 months also I won't be using it as I am moving to a place you don't even support so why must I pay 2 months for a service I cannot use.

I hope that this can be taken seriously and something can be done regarding this matter as I move month end and I will not be continuing my payment towards Vox after infact this whole matter has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending people to you as I have been doing.
