<p>Vox Telecom was used by ABSA but the service was no longer used. A deduction was taken every month for this service. Ever since the service was cancelled by ABSA, VOX still deducted money every month although there was no activity on my "service". i did not receive any service from VOX yet they collected every month. This in my books are called *****ing. I will go so far as the news papers and Carte Blanche to expose *****s like VOX. I want my money bac****!!!!</p>

An Agent did contact me and notified me that VOX will not refund and that is how it will be.

As per feedback, an email was sent from ABSA back in 2008 informing all customers about the migration to Atlantic (now trading as Vox Telecom).
As per confirmation on ***, all services have been cancelled. The Absamail Terms and Conditions has been sent to you – as requested. Unfortunately, no refunds will be done, the reason for this is Vox never received any cancellation request for the amount deducted.
