Absolutely disgusted by these ***** and *******,

Took out a 10 by 10 line that includes FREE INSTALLATION and signed my contract in January, now that I want to move and KEEP my fibre they want me to cancel my contract and pay an installation fee of R 1 750.00 which I was led to believe was included for FREE! And take out a new contract from the beginning. When trying to contact them I get transferred from person to person and no one has been able to actually transfer me to management, The contract wording is extremely ambiguous and does not state anything regarding having to pay the installation fee or having to cancel if I move premises. I was manipulated into this contract on the assumption that if I moved premises I would be able to keep my contract and was in no way informed of the latter,

What annoys me the most is I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO CANCEL the contract but after I have seen how ********* this business practice is I will be reporting them to the ISPA because this is extremely unprofessional.
