Uncapped ADSL, very deceiving.

After continous problems last year from about July 2016 regarding managing their accounts, no one seems to know whats going on at VOX. Account was only resolved in January 2017. Pathetic service! Very unprofessional!!!

Yesterday I learnt that although we have uncapped ADSL, they throttle the line and slow down the internet to the extreme. This is a business, if we're paying for uncapped, I expect uncapped. It's so bad that we as a business have no internet and email access and 80% of this business is based on online research. We have lost time and money with regards to line throttling. In the beginning we were told that Telkom was to blame for the slow speeds, now we learnt that Vox throttles the line. In saying this nowhere in the contract is this stipulated and not once were we informed about the throttling policy.

Please DO NOT consider using VOX, they are worse than Telkom!!!!!

We were only notified on Wednesday 17 February 2017 by General Support (Jan) about the Usage policy . The Accounts manager was not even aware of this, he made us drop from a 6Mbps to a 4Mbps because of some Telkom problem that he thought was making our line slow. The contract was signed in August 2016.
Where is it stipulated that we have a Fair Usage Policy? (Not even the staff at Vox are aware of this Fair Usage Policy, let alone the account manager.)
Firstly this is a business not a home account and secondly, show me where I signed agreeing to this Fair Usage Policy. This is ****************, if it's uncapped then I'm paying for uncapped. WHAT IS UNFAIR POLICY, IS SELLING UNCAPPED WHEN IN FACT WE'RE RESTRICTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have quotes to send out to clients, 80% of the daily business operations is research. How does it make sense that Vox throttles the line when we have a business to run, and can't send out emails. Remember if we can't run a business due to Vox's hidden policies, then we can't pay Vox's account either.
Please Be WARNED...................DO NOT USE VOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!!!!
