Unbelievably poor service

Unbelievably poor and pathetic service!!! Don’t waste your valuable leave and take time of from you job when they call you to inform you that they will be coming out because they just won’t pitch up to set up your fibre.

And when you think you can call them to sort it out ,don’t expect to get immediate assistance ... no ...you will wait, no less then 30 minutes only to be transferred from person to person
