Unauthorized Debit Orders

<div>I had 2 fiber subscriptions with VOX. In September I cancelled the service allocated to 33 Angel Street, Kimberley. I accepted the cancellation fee and asked the agent when the fee is payable as my account is on debit order. I was advised that it will be added to my normal debit order on the 15th of the month. Vox then requested unauthorized debits on 26/10 and 03/11. Both debit orders bounced resulting in R300 additional bank charges. I queried this VOX on numerous occasions with no attempt to resolve the issue. Apart from the bank charges, they add R35 per declined debit order onto my account. I then received a suspension notice as the cancelled the debit order on my account. To avoid suspension I made a manual payment of R2,945.75. I deducted the R370.62 for my bank charges and fees added to the account as the dispute has been dragging for almost 2 months. I assume I re-instate the debit order when I made this payment as it was done on their online portal. 19 November they then attempted another debit for R405, which is the R370 + another R35. I requested VOX to listen to the voice recordings and they keep avoiding the issue. I want a credit for all these charges.
