Unacceptable service from Vox Telecom
Reference number: VOX***1 I have been trying to get feedback on a refund request since December 2022. A received a call from a consultant early in January 2023 that it will be processed after I had to log more requests and make calls. Since I spoke to the consultant and several more requests I have received no feedback to date. This is not good customer service from Vox Telecom
