Moving over from ADSL to Fiber is a great time in every young gamers life. Waited so long and finally got fiber. From install date for about 6 month everything ran smooth. getting that sweet 180ms on League of Legends. 2 weeks ago ping suddenly stabilized at 220ms, and I have been ignoring till today. I logged a fault and the kid who helped me really tried with his limited knowledge.

He explained that the server was just busy or was under maintenance, which is not true. the problem was non existent when on the Vox domain , but as soon as you go to any other IP the ms is about 3x the normal value .

I will be canceling my service this month , and moving over to anyone else.
