I have recently moved from webafrica to vox, the biggest mistake of my life ever. vox is **** their communication channels are ****, just a lot of bots with automated replies. No customer interest, and interaction. Well, my service has been suspended because I asked nicely to change my payment method and I was told I can not do that until the debit order released goes through, well it did and failed and I immediately paid, but service still suspended with no outstanding balance. Apparently I have to wait until Monday for this to be fixed. 😅😅😅😅 Well done Vox. I am about to cancel your stupid subscription
