This response is so automated it's not even funny. This is a standard response to all unhappy clients. You guys need to do more than just "looking into a matter" people pay for service but how complaints are handled is just bad. If a company honors their clients they won't be so never minded with complaints. You are fast becoming a service nobody wants to use anymore.
