Two weeks since RICA docs submitted and ignored emails

I have submitted all my RICA docs on the 6th June 2018 and received the sale order logged confirmation email conveniently listing the steps.

However, that was the last i received any progress update. I emailed several times and never got a response. The only time i managed to get a response was through the live chat and even then they just said they will look into it - that was the end of it. Its been two weeks already (apparently it should only take 2 days) since sending my docs and it seems i havent even been RICA'd nevermind getting a VUMA order sms. Delnecia said my order got escalated to the Telco group, but I dont know how that changed anything as its been a business day since and again, no update.

If its already going like this i`m very doubtful on how the rest of the installation might go. I eating through mobile data just to have some sort of connection. I had better turn around times from Telkom when they installed my DSL long ago....

I dont mind waiting, but i dont want to wait for nothing. I expected the big wait to be for VUMA to come do the last mile installation, not for Vox's admin. If theres no VUMA order confirmation/sms by the end of this week then I am just going to cancel the order and try another ISP.
