Trying to charge me for clawbacks post cancellation for all eternity of the line even though I didn't stay there!

This is utterly the worst ISP in all of existance. I cancelled my line as I was moving out of the property, then I received a bill a month later stating clawbacks related to upgrades / downgrades of the line for the last few years, even from other properties I had rented and successfully cancelled for.

I've been trying since late September to get this sorted, I get told I'll be called back, no callback, I've responded to every threat email, to every notification email and nothing.

On top of being charged interest for non-payment. Now you clowns explain to me how I can be charged for a line at 2 different properties of which I wasn't even staying there in the period you clawing back for on top of the clawback on even being aligned to any internet speed of those lines (I know the tenants who stayed at these properties previous).

You can send me to your bad debtors, I ain't pay you at all.

This is the most pathetic, arrogant bunch of service advisers that think because you a big company, you can threaten and bully people into paying amounts they don't even owe you for.

YOU COULDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH ANY REAL EVIDENCE AROUND WHY I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR PERIODS WHERE I WASN'T AT THE GIVEN PROPERTY.

Sort this out now.
