07 Jun 2023, 17:29I take back the positive review. Theres simply No customer service with Vox, approximately 6hours of active internet is all we got. Then the problems grew and grew iv spent over 3k just trying to solve the endless issues with a primitive customer service line that has no solutions no matter how high the issue is escalated. VOX needs to be exposed on Carte blanche. They have no business in offering any services to the public. I would definitely say that getting a pilot license is easier than getting service from vox telecom. The incompetence is multilayered and the attitude is absolut indifference. My money says this sham of a company will self destruct in the near future. The damage they continue to inflict on unassuming clients is lethal and I plead with all who read this to stay away from vox. If you seek quality service, customer centered staff and fast and effective feedback AFRIHOST IS THE WINNER.
