Truly The Worst Customer Service

Vox customer service really doesnt work, if you don't file a complaint on Hellopeter then it will be sorted out. I requested for a password & wifi name change from Vox in March, and I have not heard back, even after countless calls and email follow ups, all I got was a reference number and an agent who said she will escalate but nothing still.

this is so disappointing to experience, I wouldn't recommend Vox to anyone.
